She was born in 1982, in Ankara.

She completed her major in the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations, as well as her minor in the Faculty of Arts and Science, Department of Sociology at the same University. She obtained her master degree on European Union in Belgium.

After joining to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye in 2008, she served in the Deputy Directorate of Europe, Office of the Deputy Undersecretary for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Deputy Directorate for European Union Affairs in Ankara.

She also served in different ranks in the Turkish Consulates General in Nakhchivan and Frankfurt, Turkish Embassy in Sarajevo and Permanent Mission of the Republic of Türkiye to the UN in Vienna.

Since September 4th 2024, she has been serving as the Turkish Consul General in Athens-Piraeus.

She is married and has one son. She speaks English.
